Shipping policy:

At Vaihea Skincare, we offer free standard shipping for all orders over $100 within the United States. Orders that do not meet the $100 minimum will be charged a flat rate of $10 for shipping within the United States. Rates for overseas postage vary by country.

We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days, and delivery time typically takes 3-5 business days. However, shipping times may vary depending on the destination.

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package’s delivery status.

Returns Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Vaihea Skincare. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, provided that the product(s) have not been opened or used.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@vaihea.com. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the product(s).

Once we receive the returned product(s), we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you with a replacement product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
